At NexNow, we're passionate about data. And since we've been serving the ConnectWise community for years, we know a lot about it. We're probably the most knowledgeable group of individuals outside of ConnectWise itself.
When it comes to data, there are a lot of barriers that keep people, companies, and systems from working intelligently together. Our team of smart, creative, and strategic thinkers create and design solutions that break down those barriers.
We believe that your tools and systems should do more than just work. They should work together, work well, and, most importantly, be easy to use.
That's why we take a modern approach to technology. We know what a difference it makes when the tools you use daily are intuitive, improve your workflow, and streamline your operations -- allowing you to do to do more, faster.
NexNow boasts an international team, with partners and staff across the globe all working together toward common goals.

Nathan joins us from Seattle Washington, where he first became involved in the MSP world in 2008. As an MSP employee, Nathan's passion was optimizing service delivery, which his dual role as Service Manager and ConnectWise Admin helped him achieve. This background gives him the experience to produce ideal solutions using built-in ConnectWise tools, third-party integrations, or back-end automation and reporting.
When he's not busy whipping ConnectWise into shape, Nathan enjoys brewing beer, roasting coffee, and enjoying the Puget Sound with his wife, two boys, and Goldendoodle.
Brad Benner grew up in California, and moved to Seattle in 1996 to attend the University of Washington. Shortly after he graduated, he founded an IT consulting and services company X-BAR. He first implemented ConnectWise six years later, and it was an experience that would come to shape his future. After selling X-BAR in 2010, he set off on a trip around the world. When he visited Berlin, he loved it so much that he moved there in late 2011. He founded NexNow to build smart data tools for ConnectWise in 2012. Today, he spends his time leading Smileback.io, his latest successful startup.
As a former member of HTG, Brad is very active in the ConnectWise community. He's a regular speaker at IT Nation, and very passionate about data and building software that provides an excellent user experience.
We would never be so good at what we do without smart, dedicated, and talented team members. So we’re always on the lookout for new talent.
